Step 1 *
Find a domain name
A domain name, such as
wizenames.com, signifies your own address on the Internet. As no two parties

Step 3 *
Define Name
Server
Each domain name must be associated
with a minimum of two name servers (primary and secondary). A domain name
may be associated with as many as twelve secondary name servers.
By default, the name server is set to ns1.nameresolve.comns2.nameresolve.com
ns3.nameresolve.com and ns4.nameresolve.com for convenience of those that plan to have their domain or email
forwarded.
If you plan to use this domain name on a
site that directly, you will have to get the name server from the company
that is hosting your site.

Step 5
** OPTIONAL ** URL Forwarding
You now have the capability
to forward your url (domain name) to any site
you have approval to do so. Many times isp's
(internet service providers) give their customers personal web space to
put up a web page. Typically they do not let you have your url associated with it. I am sure you have seen
obscure web addresses like www.realpages.net/blablablabla
now for a small fee you can have your url
forwarded so that when someone goes to www.yourname.com they
are taken to the site of your choice.
This feature is available
for all domain names registered at this site. It is very simple to do.
Just go to the home page www.wizenames.com
then click on the account log in button in the upper right corner. This
will take you to your account management tool. Once there, select the url forwarding link. You will then be prompted to select
the name you wish to forward. SELECT THE GREEN NAME. At that
time you can verify that your name server is set to ns1.nameresolve.com -
ns2.nameresolve.com - ns3.nameresolve.com - and ns4.nameresolve.com -
this is what enables us to direct the appropriate traffic to you web
site.

Step 2 *
Register your name
This is a very simple
process. If you currently have an account with wizenames.com then you
will go to the account log in screen after you find the perfect

If you are new to our service, please take a moment to complete the short
registration questionnaire so we will have the correct information about
you as the owner of your domain name.
Please Note: Your user name and password must be at least 6
characters and your password cannot be the same as your username. Also,

Step 4 * Enter Billing
Information
This part is pretty straight
forward, just be sure to fill out all of the information and always
double check to verify that you have the correct card type and expiration
date.
You will receive a confirmation and have the
opportunity to print it out - I recommend that you keep this copy in a
safe place for future reference.
